1. Scope of Consultancy. VinBazaar provides advisory services for wine industry strategy, cellar door design, and viticulture tourism development. All recommendations are made in good faith based on current market data and regional conditions. VinBazaar does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or visitor numbers.
2. Regional Focus. Our expertise is centred on South Africa’s wine regions, including but not limited to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Constantia, and Swartland. References to other regions are for comparative purposes only and do not imply direct consultancy capacity outside South Africa unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property. All materials, frameworks, and designs produced during an engagement remain the intellectual property of VinBazaar until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
4. Third-Party Data. Where we reference soil reports, tourism statistics, or market analyses, these are sourced from publicly available or licensed third-party data. VinBazaar accepts no liability for inaccuracies in underlying source data.
5. Limitation of Liability. VinBazaar’s total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Amendments. These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via the contact details provided. Continued engagement after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
